Paragon Private LLC is a specialized support service providing one-on-one mentorship for youth and families navigating complex life transitions, legal processes, and emotional adjustment. We do not provide therapy — we provide structured, ethical, trauma-informed guidance that supports the work attorneys and caregivers are already doing. Paragon Private is led by Adelina Olivares, DMETA, RSPS, a certified Recovery Support Peer Specialist and Faith-Based Counselor with over a decade of experience working with at-risk youth, families, and community programs across Texas. Adelina brings a unique blend of clinical-adjacent training, trauma-informed communication, mentorship, cultural competency, and emotional regulation practices.

Our structured 8-week program gives youth stability, guidance, and emotional regulation during life transitions and legal processes. Sessions are weekly, one-on-one, and tailored to the youth’s emotional maturity, cultural background, and family dynamics.

HOW THE REFERRAL PROCESS WORKS
HOW THE REFERRAL PROCESS WORKS Our referral process is simple, confidential, and designed to support both the youth and the attorney’s workflow.
1. Attorney or Caregiver Submits Referral

- Reason for referral

No sensitive case details are required.
2. Intake Call (Within 24–48 Hours)
We schedule a brief call with the caregiver to:
- Confirm goals and expectations
- Explain the mentorship process
- Ensure safety, stability, and readiness
- Discuss faith-based optional track (if requested)
This call sets the tone for the 8-week journey.
3. Youth Orientation Session
During Week 1 we:
- Build rapport
- Establish trust
- Review routines, school patterns, and stress areas
- Set communication boundaries
- Create simple weekly expectations
This helps the youth enter the program feeling supported, not judged.
4. Weekly One-on-One Mentorship
Sessions happen once per week (45 minutes), focusing on:
- Emotional regulation
- Accountability
- Communication skills
- Home and school stability
- Behavior patterns and follow-through
- Stress and cultural adjustment
Parents may receive brief weekly recommendations when appropriate.
5. Optional Attorney Summary
If requested, attorneys may receive:
- Youth participation updates
- Cooperation level
- Overall emotional stability
- Areas of improvement
- Any concerns affecting case preparation
No private details or confidential session content is disclosed. Ethical boundaries always maintained.
6. Program Completion & Transition Plan
At Week 8:
- We review progress
- Provide guidance for next steps
- Offer an extended mentorship option if needed
- Provide a closing summary for the caregiver
- Provide an attorney summary (only if formally requested)
